  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the inputs you provide.
  • Outputs generated by the Service are informational only and based entirely on your inputs.
  • You will not misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
  • You will only upload documents, including tax returns and financial records, that have been lawfully provided to you and that you are authorized to share for deal analysis, valuation, or marketing purposes, whether as a prospective buyer, the business owner, or the business owner's authorized representative (such as a business broker).
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring any documents you upload comply with applicable confidentiality agreements, including any NDA or LOI governing your access to seller materials, or any engagement or listing agreement with your client.

5. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

All outputs generated by the Service, including valuations, forecasts, and analyses, are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, investment, or business advice. You should consult qualified advisors before making business, investment, or financing decisions.

For questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@acquio.tech

15. Tax Document Uploads

Acquio Pro includes a Tax Analysis feature that allows you to upload business tax returns for AI-powered financial data extraction. By uploading any tax document through this feature, you represent and agree that:

  • The document has been provided to you with the knowledge and authorization of the business owner or their authorized representative, typically as part of a due diligence process, or you are the business owner's authorized representative (such as their business broker) and are authorized to upload it.
  • You will not upload documents obtained without authorization or in violation of any confidentiality agreement.
  • Acquio extracts structured financial data from uploaded documents for modeling purposes only. Original document files are deleted after analysis by default. A broker may choose to save copies of those files to their client's data room. If they do, personal information is redacted from the copies unless the broker turns redaction off, and the copies stay private to the broker's team until they are shared.
  • Extracted financial data may contain errors or omissions. All outputs are for informational purposes only and should be independently verified before use in any transaction or decision.

Acquio is not a tax advisor, accountant, or financial advisor. Use of the Tax Analysis feature does not constitute tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this feature for any user who violates these terms.
